1.The extruder adopts advanced Siemens PLC,driven by the Germany Maintenance-free motor and gear reducer, which can effectively prevent defects during belt transmission, such as inefficiency, transport errors,etc.Thus realized low noise,low dust contamination during the production.

2.The cooling tank is made of SUS304 stainless steel through fine welding and bending forming, using a closed design with tempered glass covers, equipped with the medical-grade centrifugal pump.Water-ring vacuum sizing ensure the roundness and precision of the tubes.Combined with Air-ring drying, cooling water can be recycled ,and also prevent splashing.

3.Japan Yaskawa servo motor driven puller with Switzerland V-ribber belt and Germany worm gear reducer to enhance the high stability and high precision operation.

4.Cutter controlled by PLC (Japan MITSUBISHI),fitted with low-inertia aluminum alloy rotary blade arm, and mated with special cutter bushing ,providing clean cuts and precise cut length.

5.In order to achieve speed synchronization ,closed-loop control is realized by AC servo control system, preventing effect from external factors.All this makes diameter precision can reach to +/- 0.03.
