1. Syringe Piston Mould

Syringe size: 0.5~60ml

Number of cavities of the syringe piston mold: 16 cavities to 128 cavities

Cavity core steel material: Stavax S420 produced by Sweden Assab company is used, which is stainless steel and tempered steel Gate type: hot runner point gate

Product plastic: PP or PE

Syringe piston cavity core polishing: mirror polishing treatment Syringe piston mold structure: the inserting method is adopted to make it inlay on the mold base, and the same parts in the mold can be interchanged.

Mold life: at least 5 million molds

3. Syringe Plug Mould

Syringe size: 1~50ml

The number of mold cavities can reach 160 cavities

Cavity core steel material: Stavax S420 produced by Sweden Assab company is used, which is stainless steel and tempered steel Slider with core: using Luer interface slider system Gate type: hot runner point gate

Product plastic: TPE or medical PVC (if PVC is used, we do not recommend using thermal conductive sleeve)

Cavity and core polishing: mirror polishing

Syringe plug mold structure composition: the inserting method is adopted to make it inlaid on the mold frame, and the same parts in the mold are interchangeable.

Mold life of the syringe plug: at least 5 million molds
